QC Executive

Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Executive Company Profile: Leading Ayurvedic pharmaceutical company specializing in the manufacturing and marketing of high-quality medicinal formulations. Our manufacturing unit is located in Por, Gujarat, adhering to stringent quality standards and regulatory guidelines to ensure the efficacy and safety of our products. Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Executive to support the testing and quality assurance processes in our pharmaceutical manufacturing company. Key Responsibilities: Conduct chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using techniques like HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF, and titration methods. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all analytical data as per GMP and GLP requirements. Assist in the preparation and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) , analytical reports , and CoAs . Perform calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards during lab operations. Participate in stability studies , method validation , and method transfer as required. Support investigations for Out-of-Specification (OOS) and deviation reports. Coordinate with QA, production, and warehouse teams to ensure timely release of materials and products. Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy , Chemistry , or related scientific discipline. Fresher or 1 year of experience in documentation and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Location: POR GIDC NOTE: – No Transportation facility.
