We are currently seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager with a minimum of 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in influencer marketing, encompassing successful management of both Indian and international campaigns. As the Influencer Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will involve developing, expanding, and overseeing influencer partnerships that contribute to Zomunk's growth and enhance brand visibility across diverse regions. Key Responsibilities: - Cultivate and sustain enduring associations with influencers and content creators in India and overseas. - Strategize and implement influencer marketing initiatives to bolster user acquisition and raise brand recognition. - Engage in negotiations for contracts, collaborations, and project deliverables with influencers and brands. - Formulate innovative campaign briefs and ensure content coherence with brand objectives. - Monitor campaign performance, assess outcomes, and refine strategies to maximize return on investment. - Identify fresh prospects for forging international partnerships with content creators. Requirements: - A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, encompassing the management of Indian and international campaigns. - Profound comprehension of influencer ecosystems on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels. - Demonstrated success in executing influencer campaigns that yield measurable outcomes. - Exceptional communication and negotiation proficiencies. - Ability to function effectively within a dynamic startup environment. - A strong inclination towards travel and global cultures will be advantageous.
