About The Opportunity

A fast-growing talent-tech and career services company operating in the education and professional development sector. We build data-driven talent solutions and creator-led campaigns that connect learners, early-career professionals, and hiring partners across India.We are hiring an on-site Influencer Marketing Associate to own creator outreach, execute high-impact influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, and drive measurable engagement and conversion from creator partnerships.Role & Responsibilities
  • Identify, vet, and onboard content creators and micro-influencers aligned with campaign objectives and brand voice.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns—briefing creators, coordinating content calendars, tracking deliverables, and ensuring on-time execution.
  • Negotiate and manage creator agreements, usage rights, deliverables, and payment schedules in coordination with legal/finance teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance using platform analytics and UTM tracking; generate actionable reports on engagement, reach, CPL, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with social, content, and product teams to translate campaign learnings into creative guidelines and iterative optimizations.
  • Maintain strong creator relationships—provide feedback, resolve issues, and identify long-term ambassador opportunities and scalable formats (UGC, reviews, livestreams).

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Hands-on experience executing influencer or creator campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Proficiency in outreach and negotiation with creators, including drafting briefs and managing deliverables.
  • Ability to analyze campaign metrics and create concise performance reports (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI).
  • Familiarity with creator management workflows and platforms (sourcing, tracking, payments).
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and creator cohorts.
  • On-site presence in India and willingness to travel for creator shoots or events as required.

Preferred

  • Experience with CreatorIQ, Traackr, Upfluence, or similar creator platforms.
  • Background in performance marketing, UGC production, or social media content creation.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tagging, and basic Excel/Google Sheets modeling.
