Job Description

We are a company started by a group of IIM and NIFT graduates with a vision of building an apparel brand that India can be proud of. We are India's first online customization portal for active wear. Over the last 8 years, we have been able to serve more than 5,000 clients across India. Hyve is dedicated to providing beautifully-printed Custom T-shirts, Corporate Wear, Hoodies, and Sports Apparel created with responsible and Eco-friendly production practices. We offer fashionably designed, contemporary basics for men, women, and kids that are produced in India. Job Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze team performance metrics (e.g., call volume, conversion rates, revenue) and provide regular reports to senior management.Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and CRM usage among team members.Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in the sales process and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Quota Achievement: Ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Team revenue generated vs. target.Lead conversion rates.Customer acquisition and retention rates.Team performance metrics (e.g., call volume, email response rates).Sales pipeline health and accuracy of forecasts. Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: 5+ years of experience in inside sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.Skills:Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.Highly organized with strong project management skills.Self-motivated and results-driven.
