Job Summary:


We are seeking a Tech Implementation / Rollout Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of technology rollouts across global teams. This role is responsible for ensuring successful deployment of new systems, tools, and platforms by managing timelines, stakeholder alignment, change readiness, and post-rollout support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program delivery, stakeholder management, and technical coordination. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple implementations simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.


Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in technology implementation, rollout management, or IT program delivery.
  • Proven experience managing global rollouts of enterprise systems or platforms.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, infrastructure, and support.

Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Familiarity with change management and user adoption strategies.
  • Proficiency in tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:


Implementation Planning & Coordination

  • Define rollout strategy, scope, and success metrics in alignment with business and technical goals.
  • Develop detailed implementation plans including timelines, dependencies, and resource needs.
  • Coordinate with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to ensure readiness for deployment.

Execution & Rollout Management

  • Lead end-to-end execution of technology rollouts across regions and business units.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Facilitate go-live activities, including cutover planning, communications, and support readiness.

Stakeholder & Change Management

  • Engage with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness for change.
  • Develop and execute communication and training plans to support user adoption.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for rollout-related queries and escalations.

Post-Rollout Support & Optimization

  • Monitor post-implementation performance and user feedback.
  • Coordinate with support teams to resolve issues and stabilize the solution.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain rollout documentation including plans, checklists, risk logs, and lessons learned.
  • Prepare regular status updates and executive summaries for leadership.


Working Conditions:

  • Full-time.
  • Limited travel may be required depending on team needs.
  • May require rotational shifts or on-call support depending on business needs.
