Copywriter

About the Role

We are looking for a talented, detail oriented Copywriter to join our growing creative team in Bangalore. This role will focus on crafting compelling, on-brand copy across multiple digital and print touchpoints for a leading global FMCG brand. You will collaborate closely with art directors, designers, and strategists to bring ideas to life and create engaging consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original, persuasive, and audience-relevant copy for digital, social, video, and print assets.
• Adapt and transcreate global master copy to suit local markets while ensuring consistency with brand tone and guidelines.
• Work closely with creative and production teams to align on concepts and final deliverables.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of campaign ideas and storytelling approaches.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with regulatory and brand standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high creative quality.
• Stay up to date with market trends, consumer insights, and cultural nuances to create locally relevant content.

Key Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in advertising, creative agencies, or production environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across different media, especially digital and social.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal); proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team setting.
• Good understanding of global brand guidelines and experience adapting global content for local markets.
• Strong conceptual thinking and a sharp eye for detail.
• Experience with FMCG or consumer goods brands is an advantage.
