The Role

We’re looking for a high-agency leader who thrives at the intersection of brand, content, and production. As VP, you’ll spearhead the MARS business—owning the relationship, driving content innovation, and delivering with operational excellence. This is a pivotal leadership role, working closely with the Managing Partner and Executive Producer to define both the brand’s content trajectory and the internal culture that delivers it.

What You'll Do

• Own the client relationship:

  Be the trusted strategic advisor and day-to-day leader across the MARS business

• Shape the content roadmap:

  Drive content strategy and partnerships aligned to the brand’s goals and cultural relevance

• Champion creative ambition:

  Inspire bold thinking while ensuring delivery is world-class—on time, on budget, and on brief

• Build and lead the team:

  Coach a cross-functional team of producers, strategists, creatives, and client leads

• Drive growth:

  Spot whitespace opportunities across content IPs, influencer-led ideas, social series, and more

• Represent the business:

  Internally as a cultural leader; externally as a face of the partnership

What You Bring

• 10+ years in branded content, creative agencies, or storytelling-led platforms
• A rare blend of business thinking, production awareness, and content instinct
• Gravitas and maturity to lead senior clients and navigate complex asks
• Passion for pushing boundaries and building things from scratch
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and working hands-on with creators and production partners
