Position:

Implementation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Administer, configure, and maintain ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (SDP) environment - Cloud Version Implementation and Run support
Customize and manage ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB)
Implement and monitor SLA policies, escalation rules, and automation
Manage user roles, access permissions, and workflows
Expert in Asset Management, Asset Scanning, Probe Server setup in SDP
Configuration of Knowledge Management, Reporting and Dashboard module details
Integrate SDP with Active Directory (AD), email servers, and other IT tools
Generate and analyze ITSM reports, dashboards, and KPIs
Provide user training, documentation, and support for ServiceDesk operations
Collaborate with teams for patching, upgrades, and new feature deployments
Troubleshoot and resolve any application issues or service disruptions
Customization of SDP as per client requirement

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (Cloud and On-Premise)
Good understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks
Experience with workflow automation, custom scripts, or API integrations
Familiarity with Active Directory, email configurations, and SSO/SAML
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Service Now and similar ITSM tools knowledge will be added advantage

Preferred Qualifications

ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification
ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (Cloud) Certified
Experience with other ManageEngine tools (ADManager Plus, ADSelfService Plus, etc.)
Experience in ITSM tool migrations or platform integrations
