Job Description

Join as Sales & Marketing Manager & Grow in Maharashtra!"

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly sales targets.
Drive business growth through direct field visits and client interactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients, dealers, and distributors.
Conduct daily joint field visits with the team for meetings and follow-ups.
Promote and present company products effectively to potential customers.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and closure of deals.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales, BFSI, FMCG, Pharma, or Marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Good local network and area knowledge.
