Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns promptly.
• Sales Conversion: Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into active customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales funnels and achieve revenue targets.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of telecallers to ensure peak performance.
• Set performance metrics, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to team members.
• Client Onboarding & Retention: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth client integration with the platform.
• Develop retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize customer lifetime value.
• Process Optimization: Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Work closely with product and operations teams to enhance the customer experience.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in CRM, sales, or client servicing roles, with proven leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of fintech products, preferably invoice discounting or similar financial services.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve performance metrics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
• Proficiency in CRM software and tools is a plus.
