Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketer Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in executing high-performance digital advertising campaigns, developing effective SEO strategies, and generating high-quality leads. This role is vital in strengthening our online presence and accelerating customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others. Develop data-driven strategies to acquire high-quality leads while optimizing for cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS). Analytics & Reporting Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms. Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Lead Generation Design and manage lead generation funnels in alignment with sales and CRM teams. Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to refine landing pages, ad creatives, and call-to-action (CTA) elements. Collaboration Collaborate with content creators, designers, and CRM teams to develop impactful ad creatives and user-centric landing pages. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging tools, and digital marketing best practices. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing and SEO, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results. Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital marketing platforms. Strong understanding of SEO principles, along with experience using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar. Hands-on experience in lead generation strategies and tools. Skilled in A/B testing, campaign optimization, and making data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience in fintech or B2B marketing is highly desirable.
