Job Description

Job Title: Customer Sales Executive Personal Loan (Voice Process)

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calling to potential customers to pitch personal loan products.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate loan solutions.
  • Maintain follow-ups and ensure timely closure of leads.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
  • Maintain database and call records as per process requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher education preferred).
  • Average Hindi-speaking candidates are welcome.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Willingness to work in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits:
