Hiring for Multiple Clients - Global IT Services MNC Role Summary: As a Client Relationship Manager/Sales manager, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding strategic relationships with key enterprise clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, enhancing client satisfaction, and positioning our organization as a trusted partner. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. Proactively identify and address client needs, anticipating future requirements. Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Negotiate complex deals, ensuring optimal pricing and contract terms. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets. Client Success: Ensure successful delivery of IT services and solutions, meeting or exceeding client expectations. Proactively manage and resolve client issues, minimizing risk and maximizing satisfaction. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred. Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT sales or account management, with a proven track record of success in managing large enterprise accounts. (Preferably BFSI / Telecom GCC/GIC/Captives or Global geography) Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of IT services, including application development, IT infrastructure, and cloud solutions. Sales Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on consultative selling. Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication skills, over the phone and face-to-face, and capable of managing professional sales presentations. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles and collaborate with team members. Perfect verbal and written English fluency.
