What Youll Do

Sales Manager for GCCs & Large Enterprises

  • Build and own a strong sales pipeline with top corporates, GCCs, and global enterprises.
  • Engage senior decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors, HODs) and uncover their most pressing AI/analytics challenges.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through solution design, negotiation, and closure.
  • Partner with our marketing team, technical SMEs, and leadership to craft powerful pitches, proposals, and demos.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitors, and emerging use cases to shape differentiated sales strategies.
  • Represent TransOrg at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to expand relationships and visibility.

What Were Looking For

  • 10–12 years of success in selling

    AI, advanced analytics, or data science services

    to large enterprises and GCCs in India – a must.
  • Degree in BTech/BSc; MBA (Marketing/Strategy) preferred.
  • A track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value B2B deals.
  • Strong understanding of analytics, AI, GenAI, ML, and data engineering, with the ability to translate them into client value.
  • Domain knowledge in BFSI, CPG, retail, e-commerce, aviation, telecom, or hospitality.
  • Consultative, “customer-first” selling approach with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and confident in front of diverse audiences by seniority such as CXOs and techno-business functional heads.
  • Self-driven, energetic, and comfortable working in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across India.
