Role Overview As a Level 2 AWS and Azure Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving complex infrastructure issues, providing cloud platform support, and ensuring high availability of customer workloads. You'll work alongside skilled cloud architects and infrastructure engineers, acting as the escalation point for L1 support teams while owning key incident and problem resolution activities.
