Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Regional Sales Manager Trade Finance to spearhead client acquisition and drive revenue growth in the assigned region. The role demands a strong understanding of trade finance products and proven experience in generating business from new clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients and onboard them for trade finance products and services.

  • Generate consistent revenue growth by developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis.

  • Educate clients on Fly Finances trade finance offerings, ensuring alignment with their business needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Credit, Risk, Product) to ensure smooth execution of transactions.

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and client feedback to strengthen Fly Finance’s market positioning.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, sales reporting, and forecasting using CRM tools.

Key Requirements

  • Graduate/MBA in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in trade finance, banking, or financial services.

  • In-depth knowledge of trade finance instruments such as Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees, Bills Discounting, and Export/Import Finance.

  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage regional responsibilities.
