Role Overview: As a US Sales Professional, your primary responsibility will be to drive new business acquisition in the US market, with a focus on key industry verticals. You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, encompassing lead generation, qualification, proposal creation, and deal closure. It is crucial to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline that aligns with quarterly and annual targets. Additionally, establishing and nurturing relationships with CXOs, technology heads, and procurement leaders will play a vital role in your success. Collaboration with Presales, Delivery, and Practice teams to provide client-specific solutions will be another key aspect of your role. Ensuring sales hygiene and accurate reporting in CRM tools are essential for achieving success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Drive new business acquisition in the US market, focusing on key industry verticals. - Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal creation, and deal closure. - Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual targets. - Establish and nurture relationships with CXOs, technology heads, and procurement leaders. - Collaborate with Presales, Delivery, and Practice teams to deliver client-specific solutions. - Maintain sales hygiene and ensure accurate reporting in CRM tools. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT services sales for the US market, particularly in hunting roles. - Proven track record in selling Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI, Data & Analytics, Product Engineering, and Custom Software Development. - Deep understanding of the US enterprise IT landscape, buying cycles, and stakeholder behavior. - Strong consultative selling approach, coupled with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Demonstrated experience in closing multi-million-dollar deals independently. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
