Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment

  : Lead full-cycle recruitment processes—sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent—while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

• Business Partnering:

  Collaborate with business leaders to drive workforce planning, talent strategy, and employee engagement initiatives.

• HRMS & Operations

  : Ensure smooth HR operations through HRMS platforms, maintaining data accuracy and leveraging analytics for insights.

• Performance & Engagement

  : Support PMS cycles, facilitate goal-setting, and drive employee engagement activities to strengthen organizational culture.

• Compliance & Policy

  : Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.

• Learning & Development:

  Assess training needs, design and implement L&D programs, and track effectiveness to support continuous employee growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.

• 5+ years of HR experience

  , with strong exposure to

  HRBP and recruitment

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  HRMS tools

  and employee data management.
• Proven ability in

  designing & executing L&D initiatives

  .
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
