Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Noida. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions such as implementing HR policies, handling employee benefits, personnel management, and overall HR management. The role involves day-to-day tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience in implementing and maintaining HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus
• Experience in the EdTech sector is an advantage
