Key Responsibilities

Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Management

• Manage the full onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, induction coordination, and seamless integration into the organization.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and internal documentation to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

HR Operations & Workforce Administration

• Handle routine HR operations including employee documentation, HRIS updates, and workforce administration activities.
• Monitor and manage employee time & attendance systems, resolve related queries, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Engagement & Office Culture

• Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and office-level cultural initiatives.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment through consistent employee support and communication.

Support & Compliance

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate support to employees.
• Assist in HR compliance matters, policy rollout, communication, and coordination with payroll and benefits teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 45 years of experience in HR operations, HR coordination, employee engagement, or HR specialist responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, or time-tracking tools is a strong advantage.
