Company: V-Accel AI Dynamics Pvt LtdLocation: Chennai – TIDEL ParkExperience: 1–3 YearsJob Type: Full-time (Work from Office)About V-AccelV-Accel AI Dynamics is a rapidly growing AI-driven SaaS and enterprise solutions company.We build CRM, HRMS, ERP, project management systems, recruitment platforms, and custom AI-powered software for clients across multiple industries.We are looking for an HR Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment across tech and non-tech roles and support the company’s growth.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positionsSource candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other portalsScreen resumes, shortlist profiles, and coordinate interviewsConduct initial HR screening for cultural and communication fitManage interview schedules with technical teams and leadershipMaintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment progressOnboard selected candidates and ensure smooth documentationCoordinate with department heads for hiring requirementsMaintain HR records, job postings, and recruitment dashboardsBuild strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive experienceMust-Have SkillsStrong experience in IT recruitment (SaaS, software development, QA, DevOps, AI roles preferred)Good communication and interpersonal skillsExperience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter or NaukriAbility to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environmentStrong organizational and follow-up skillsConfident, energetic, and process-driven mindsetGood to HaveExperience hiring for AI/ML, SaaS, or enterprise tech rolesExperience handling bulk hiring for internal teamsKnowledge of HR tools and ATS platformsAbility to assist with basic HR operations and employee engagementSalary Range₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per monthPerformance bonuses available based on hiring success.How to ApplyEmail: info@v-accel.aiPhone: 63859 08965
