Role Description

The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role involves day-to-day management of HR functions, including recruitment, development, implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Specialist will also oversee personnel management tasks, ensure compliance with company policies, and play a key role in supporting organizational development by aligning HR strategies with business objectives.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience and knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies and managing Employee Benefits
  • Strong understanding of Personnel Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidential information
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Previous experience in the technology or mobility solutions industry is an added advantage
  • Experience : HR with 6 months - 1 year or currently in a career break and wants to join back the industry will be preferred
