About the Role

Human Resources Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (TA)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand manpower plans and role requirements.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions with high quality of hire.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and candidate experience enhancements.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and hiring SLAs.

HR Operations

  • Handle the employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
  • Manage HRMS data accuracy, attendance, leaves, and employee records.
  • Support implementation of policies, HR SOPs, and organizational guidelines.
  • Assist in payroll inputs, compliance documentation, and audit readiness.
  • Address employee queries through structured processes and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support HR initiatives such as RnR, engagement activities, and capability-building programs.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, sourcing channels, and interview techniques.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of HR policies, payroll basics, and operational processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight timelines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS tools (Zoho experience is a bonus).
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving attitude.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in TA & HR Ops (IT/Tech hiring preferred).
