Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter based in Noida. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical roles. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, developing and posting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes. The role requires building and maintaining a network of potential candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting skills
• Strong Hiring skills and experience in evaluating technical roles
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus
