Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Architects, Data Scientists).
• Source candidates through channels like LinkedIn, Naukri, and employee referrals.
• Conduct pre-screening calls and technical interviews (initial assessments).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team fit.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source efficiency, offer acceptance ratio).
• Promote Movate’s employer brand as a top workplace for tech talent.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT/ITeS/tech consulting).
• Ability to understand and evaluate skills in Java, Python, AWS, Azure, DevOps, etc.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Darwinbox).
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.

Required Skills

• Experience in hiring IT services firms.
• Knowledge of diversity hiring practices.
• Certification in recruitment is a plus.
