· Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, recruitment agencies, headhunting, and internal referrals.
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
· Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate candidate fit for role, culture, and compensation.
· Coordinate technical/functional interviews with department heads.
· Manage candidate communication professionally throughout the hiring cycle.
· Prepare and release offer letters, appointment letters, and salary negotiation support.
· Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment trackers.
· Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, job descriptions, and required skill sets.
· Provide status updates to management on open positions.
· Ensure all stakeholders follow interview evaluation processes.
· Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and documentation for selected candidates.
· Maintain candidate database, interview evaluation sheets, and recruitment dashboards.
· Coordinate for background checks wherever required.
· Assist in promoting the organization on LinkedIn and job portals.
· Support campus hiring, walk-in drives, and internal hiring events.
· Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, job portals, and social recruitment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good interviewing and screening ability.
· Strong coordination skills and ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
· Good understanding of HR documentation and recruitment metrics.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Applicant Tracking tools.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration / Commerce.
· 2–4 years of experience in recruitments (preferably in multi-business or fast-growing environments).
