Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer Location: Remote Immediate Joiners only. The client is based out of California so the candidate will primarily work in IST timings but 2-3 hours overlap will be required in the evening to coordinate with the US team. This position is 100% remote but strict background checks will be performed on the candidates to prevent any possibility of moonlighting. As a Salesforce Developer, GTM Systems , you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem to support our Revenue Operations and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. You won’t just build to spec — you’ll bring a product-oriented mindset and deep business acumen to everything you do, helping ensure that what we build is not just functional, but impactful. In this role, you’ll Collaborate closely with Business Systems Analysts, Revenue Operations, and GTM stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Design and develop custom objects, workflows, validation rules, Apex classes/triggers, and Lightning components with an eye toward long-term maintainability and performance. Provide technical guidance on Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices to ensure proposed solutions align with business goals and drive efficiency. Take ownership of full development cycles, including technical design, implementation, unit testing, deployment, and documentation. Partner with our integrations team to support seamless connectivity between Salesforce and tools such as CPQ, Clari, Gong, Workato, and CaptivateIQ. Identify areas for optimization and proactively recommend improvements to processes, data models, or configuration that drive operational excellence. Participate in code reviews and contribute to evolving our internal Salesforce development standards and practices. Maintain a strong security-first mindset when building solutions, aligning with IT policies around data governance, access control, and scalability. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, including hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Flow. Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success business processes — ideally within a SaaS or high-growth environment. A strategic mindset: You don’t just build what’s asked — you question the “why” and ensure the “how” supports scale and sustainability. Familiarity with tools in the broader GTM ecosystem (e.g., CPQ, Clari, Gong, CaptivateIQ, Workato) and how they interface with Salesforce. About the Role We are seeking a Stripe Developer to lead the implementation, integration, and ongoing management of our Stripe platform. This hybrid role combines engineering expertise (APIs, test data, automation) with administrative ownership (configuration, workflows, business process alignment). The ideal candidate has successfully delivered a full Stripe implementation and can act as the subject-matter expert for all payment-related systems and operations. The client is based out of the US so the developer will primarily work India hours but some overlap will be required in the evening with PST hours Key Responsibilities Implementation & Administration Own the end-to-end implementation of Stripe modules (Payments, Billing, Connect, Subscriptions). Configure workflows for invoicing, recurring billing, chargebacks, and refunds. Manage Stripe accounts, user roles, permissions, and integrations with other systems. Ensure compliance with PCI, GDPR, KYC, and other regulatory requirements. Engineering & Test Data Design and maintain API integrations between Stripe and internal platforms (CRM, ERP, analytics). Build and manage test data environments to simulate payment flows and edge cases. Automate transaction scenarios for validation and regression testing. Implement monitoring, logging, and alerts to ensure reliability and transparency of payment flows. Business Process & Operations Translate business process flows (payments, reconciliation, reporting) into Stripe configurations. Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Operations teams to streamline processes and improve accuracy. Troubleshoot and resolve payment issues, disputes, and operational bottlenecks. Provide internal training, documentation, and ongoing support for Stripe usage. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Stripe Developer/Engineer, including leading at least one Stripe implementation. Strong knowledge of Stripe APIs, webhooks, and modules. Experience with test data creation, automation, and CI/CD testing frameworks. Solid understanding of payment process flows, reconciliation, and dispute management. Ability to troubleshoot technical and business process issues end-to-end. Preferred Qualifications Backend development experience (Node.js, Python, or similar). Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or subscription-based models. Familiarity with finance/accounting systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks) and data tools (SQL). Exposure to compliance standards (PCI, GDPR, KYC). Soft Skills Strong communication skills to collaborate with both technical and business teams. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to document processes and simplify complex workflows.
