Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for our BPO Non-Voice process. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in bulk hiring, excellent sourcing skills, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to meet fast-paced hiring targets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong hands-on experience in sourcing, screening. Ability to handle high-volume hiring. Proficient in MS Excel for reporting and maintaining trackers. Knowledge of recruitment metrics and recruitment tools. Good stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

Manage the full recruitment cycle for non-voice BPO roles (executives, associates, quality, processors roles

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed), social media, internal databases, employee referrals, and walk-ins.

Screen resumes, conduct telephonic pre-screening, and shortlist candidates based on communication and typing skills.

Organize and support walk-in drives and campus recruitment activities.

2. Volume Hiring & Pipeline Management

Handle bulk hiring requirements with quick turnaround time.

Maintain active candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
