Human Resources Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

The HR Shared Services incumbent works towards ensuring seamless HR operations by supporting and coordinating operational processes across all HR functions and resolving tickets raised by various stakeholders in the HR ticketing tool.

Primary responsibilities:

HR Operations:

• Provide support across Recruitment operations such as candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, offer letter creation, background checks, onboarding, employee documentation etc.
• Provide support to manage data and documentation across employee lifecycle operations such as payroll processing, employee movement, job and compensation changes, off-boarding etc.
• Review invoices and vendor payouts raised by HR vendors, and check for correctness based on the signed contracts and agreed SLA’s.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders towards query resolutions related to

HR policies and processes

• Support other HR functions, HR leaders and HR reporting, as required
• HRMS and Ticket Management:
• Resolved allocated HR tickets in the HR ticketing tool, raised by various internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all HR tickets are resolved based on agreed SLA’s and timelines
• Work closely with Recruiters to update candidate and employee information on HRMS tool, to ensure the upkeep of internal HR systems and tools

Mandatory Skills:

• MBA in HR preferably or equivalent.
• 0-2 years work experience
• Good Communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Attention to detail

Good to Have:

• Basic Understanding of HR functions and Employee Lifecycle
• Awareness of HR Systems
