About the Role

Adfactors PR, India’s leading public relations firm, is looking for an HR Operations professional to join our team in Mumbai. The role requires hands-on experience in onboarding, HR operations, and HR business partnering (HRBP), along with a strong understanding of HR tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding & documentation
• Support HR Operations including employee lifecycle processes (confirmation, transfers, exits, MIS etc.)
• Partner with business teams as HRBP for day-to-day people matters
• Work on HR systems & tools to drive efficiency and data accuracy
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, and statutory requirements
• Act as a point of contact for employees, ensuring timely query resolution
• Assist in engagement initiatives and communication across teams

Requirements

• 4–5 years of relevant HR experience (operations / onboarding / HRBP)
• Strong knowledge of HR tools & systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
