Human Resources Operations Manager

SwishIn is a new-age fashion brand for Gen Z — trendy, premium-feel, and affordable. We’re building a team that’s as bold and dynamic as our styles, and we’re looking for an HR Operations Manager who can take charge of both people operations and office management.
This role is all about ownership: you’ll handle HR processes end-to-end, keep the workplace running smoothly, and help us shape a culture that’s fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-driven.What you’ll do:✨ HR Operations1.⁠ ⁠Lead hiring from sourcing to onboarding and drive smooth employee lifecycle management.2.⁠ ⁠Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and compliance (PF/ESI, statutory records).3.⁠ ⁠Ensure the company policies are followed and create strategic policies for the company. 4.⁠ ⁠Coordinate performance reviews, feedback cycles, and employee engagement.✨ Office & Team Operations1.⁠ ⁠Oversee daily office admin, vendors, and facilities.2.⁠ ⁠Support leadership with reports, reviews, and process execution.3.⁠ ⁠Plan team events, outings, and activities to build a strong culture.What we’re looking for:1.⁠ ⁠3+ years’ experience in HR operations & office management (startup experience preferred).2.⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and payroll basics.3.⁠ ⁠Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.4.⁠ ⁠Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.Why Join Us?
