About The Opportunity

A growing organization in the technology and digital services sector delivering enterprise-grade solutions across India. We are scaling our people operations to support rapid hiring, on-site delivery teams and a high-performing employee experience.We are hiring an HR Operations Specialist (On-site, India) to own core HR operations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance and day-to-day employee servicing for corporate and field teams. This is a hands-on role ideal for professionals with ~3 years of end-to-end HR operations experience.Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage full employee lifecycle administration: execute onboarding, induction, probation tracking, transfers, and offboarding with accuracy and empathy.
  • Own payroll coordination and attendance reconciliation—partner with Finance and external vendors to ensure timely and error-free payroll processing.
  • Maintain HRIS/HRMS data integrity: update records, manage access, run reports, and automate routine processes to reduce manual effort.
  • Act as first point of contact for employee queries on policies, benefits, leaves, and attendance; resolve issues or escalate appropriately.
  • Prepare and deliver periodic HR metrics and operational reports (attrition, headcount, leave trends) to leadership and support process improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field with ~2–4 years of HR operations experience (Indian market).
  • Hands-on experience with payroll coordination and common HRIS/HRMS tools like - KEKA.
  • Practical knowledge of Indian statutory compliance: PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS and basic labour law requirements.
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and comfort producing accurate operational reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills and the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting 100+ employees, exposure to HR analytics or process automation and familiarity with HR audits.
