Job Description

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager oversees all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR operations. This role plays a key part in shaping company culture, aligning HR strategy with business goals, and ensuring a motivated, high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic HR Management

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s overall business objectives.
  • Advise senior management on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational structure.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention strategies.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates to meet business needs.
  • Partner with department heads to forecast manpower requirements.

3. Performance Management

  • Design and implement effective performance management systems.
  • Coordinate annual performance appraisals and support continuous feedback processes.
  • Identify and nurture high-potential employees for succession planning.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure fair employee relations.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Plan and execute engagement programs, recognition activities, and employee surveys.

5. Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and create annual training calendars.
  • Coordinate workshops, seminars, and skill enhancement programs.
  • Measure training effectiveness and employee skill progression.

6. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate HR records, HRIS data, and documentation.
  • Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes.

7. Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports, audits, and documentation as required by law.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
