Job Description: As a Human Resources Manager at our company located in Muzaffarnagar, you will be responsible for overseeing daily HR activities. This includes managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and implementing HR policies. Your role will involve developing and maintaining HR strategies, promoting a positive workplace culture, administering employee benefits programs, and efficiently handling grievances and disputes. Collaboration with the management team to align HR practices with organizational goals will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
