Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Surat. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the daily operations of the HR department, manage recruitment processes, employee relations, and performance management. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, ensuring legal compliance, and promoting a positive organizational culture.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in human resources management
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy
• Experience in managing recruitment and selection processes
• Excellent knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain employee relations and handle performance management
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in the healthcare or clinic industry is a plus
