Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Jabalpur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and compliance with labor laws. The role will also involve developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy, maintaining employee records, and facilitating a positive, productive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• HR Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations skills
• Experience in performance management and training & development
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
