Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: - Madan Mahal Jabalpur Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles (technical, non-technical, field, and corporate). * Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels. * Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. * Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and follow up with candidates. * Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports for tracking and analysis. * Ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates. * Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. * Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications. * Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Requirements & Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA Preferred. * 1–3 years of experience in recruitment * Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring processes. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously. * Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Preferred Skills: * Experience in recruiting * Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. * Strong networking skills for talent acquisition.
