Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources Manager Preferred Experience: Product based organization (current or previous)Location: HyderabadNotice Period: Immediate or 30 DaysWork Mode: Semi Hybrid Mode (4-days WFO) & (1-day WFH) Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matter 2.Talent Acquisition and Management:Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.Develop and execute talent management and development programs.Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee satisfaction. 3.Employee Relations:Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Conduct investigations and handle disciplinary actions as needed. 4. Performance Management:Develop and manage performance evaluation processes.Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and career development. 5.Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Maintain and update employee handbooks and policies.Oversee workplace safety programs and initiatives. 6. Compensation and Benefits:Manage compensation structures, salary reviews, and benefit programs.Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings. 7.Training and Development:Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives. 8.HR Metrics and Reporting:Develop and track HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs.Prepare and present reports to senior management on HR activities and outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Proven experience in managing talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
