Designation: Business Analyst- SFMC Job Purpose: What is the purpose of the job? We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in understanding business requirements and optimization of SFMC features. This position requires a deep understanding of marketing automation, campaign management, and customer engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities: · Conduct time-to-time analysis to customize SFMC functionalities to align with Business goals · Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to match the market standards · Utilize advanced analytical tools to interpret data and generate actionable insights related to the email marketing. · Leading deep dive data analysis to identify patterns and trends with the customer behavior. · To be able to create reports in marketing cloud. Principal Accountabilities · Conduct comprehensive analysis of mails to assess performance, reliability. · Utilize advanced analytical tools to interpret data and generate actionable insights . · Collaborate with the SFMC Scrum Team to align on email marketing strategies with webshop objectives. · Offer informed recommendations on implementing new email marketing strategies based on customer preferences and industry trends. · To provide value generation for the Business cases related to Payment PORT projects . · Create comprehensive user documentation and training materials for SFMC users. Key Challenges · Keeping pace with rapidly evolving industry and customer trends · Being critical with data and providing the right validation towards data. · To constantly, monitor and report far and wide gaps when it comes to main metrics of SFMC like open rate, conversion rate, bounce rate, click-open rate, unsubscribe rate etc. · Balancing the need for innovation with maintaining operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. · Ensuring seamless integration with the webshop platform amidst changing business priorities and requirements. Skills required (Tools and Technologies) · Excel (good to have advanced), PowerPoint. · Data reporting platforms like Google Analytics, Salesforce, PowerBi and looker (good to have) . · Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working effectively within cross functional teams. · Experience in Agile methodologies, particularly with Scrum Teams, and familiarity with sprint planning and backlog management. · Strategic thinking to align with broader organizational goals and objectives.
