Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in South Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing HR policies and procedures. The individual will also be responsible for training and development programs, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives. Coordination with department heads to address HR-related matters and maintaining accurate employee records are key day-to-day tasks of this role.

Qualifications

Recruitment and talent acquisition skills
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR policies
Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
Proficiency in performance management and employee engagement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and implement training and development programs
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the manufacturing or retail industry is a plus
