Job Summary

The HR Manager will oversee the HR department and be responsible for developing policies, managing employee relations, supporting talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. You will play a key role in shaping the company culture and supporting leadership and employees across all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Lead performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations
• Oversee payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR systems
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR analytics
• Support training, learning, and development programs
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers and staff

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
