Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, HR compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

Support full‑cycle recruitment: job ads, resume screening, interview coordination

Manage onboarding/offboarding and HR documentation

Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data

Assist with benefits, payroll inputs & compliance matters

Serve as HR point of contact for employee queries and support engagement initiatives

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field

1‑2 years HR or admin experience, preferably in media/creative industries

Strong organisational, communication & interpersonal skills

Familiarity with HR tools (HRIS/ATS) is a plus

Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information
