The company serves clients across three continents and is a trusted partner for industry members of ASI, PPAI, and SAAGNY. Our focus on promotional products has led to the processing of over 5 million art designs and purchase orders for prominent customers.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Chennai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The role involves developing HR strategies, overseeing employee training and development programs, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
Proficiency in HR policies, legal compliance, and administrative procedures
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in developing HR strategies and training programs
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Ability to work independently and manage a team
8+ years of Experience in the BPO,IT/ITES is preferred
