Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Human Resources Manager based in Jaipur. The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and legal compliance. Responsibilities also include maintaining employee records, managing payroll and benefits, and providing guidance and support to both employees and management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player, capable of fostering a positive work environment and supporting organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role
• Thorough knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• HR management certification is a plus
• Experience in training and development
• Prior experience in the logistics industry is advantageous
