Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Daily tasks include recruiting top talent, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing employee relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive work environment. This role will also involve performance management, training and development, and handling employee benefits and compensation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
• Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition
• Proficiency in performance management and employee development
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
• Experience with HR software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in an HR managerial role
• Experience in the tech or e-commerce industry is a plus
