Social Media Manager

Qualifications

• Minimum

  2 years of professional experience

  in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing.
• Proven skills in

  content creation, social media strategy, and campaign management

  .
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead a team, manage interns, and work collaboratively in an on-site startup environment.
• Proficiency in social media analytics, SEO, and ad tools.
• Degree in Marketing, MBA, Mass Communication, or related field preferred.

Key Responsibilities

A. Social Media Strategy & Content

1. Plan, create, and manage Sortify’s presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & YouTube.
2. Lead video & reel production – develop engaging content, storytelling formats, and campaigns.
3. Build content calendars, align with brand strategy, and maintain consistency in tone & style.

B. LinkedIn & Thought Leadership

1. Draft & publish impactful posts on refurbished tech, sustainability, and startup culture.
2. Identify trending topics and position Sortify as an industry leader.
3. Repurpose blogs, events, and campaigns into creative content pieces.

C. SEO & Website Optimization

1. Oversee SEO audits of

   SortifyIndia.com

   for UX, content, and performance improvements.
2. Create SEO-friendly product descriptions, landing pages & blogs.
3. Collaborate with web team to improve site layout, CTAs, and conversions.

D. Lead Generation & Outreach

1. Develop outreach strategies for colleges, startups, SMEs & corporates.
2. Manage cold calls, email marketing, and partnership campaigns.
3. Build databases & track conversions for B2B growth.

E. Partnerships & Branding

1. Identify and establish partnerships with colleges, co-working spaces, and corporate bodies.
2. Supervise offline branding activities – stalls, flyers, posters & events.
3. Strengthen Sortify’s brand presence in both online & offline markets.

F. Analytics & Market Research

1. Track campaign performance, generate weekly reports, and recommend improvements.
2. Analyze competitor strategies and identify growth opportunities.
3. Use Meta Ad Library, Google Ads & analytics tools for optimization.

Who You Are

1. A

   social media professional with 2+ years’ experience

   managing brands or startups.
2. Skilled in Canva, CapCut (or similar editing tools), digital marketing tools, and analytics.
3. Comfortable leading a small team of interns & managing multiple campaigns.
4. Strategic, creative, and data-driven, with a passion for

   growth marketing
