Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager located in Lucknow. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies, optimizing social media presence, and driving engagement across various platforms. Daily tasks include creating and scheduling posts, monitoring social media accounts, conducting market research, collaborating with other teams, and managing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reach.

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Communication and Content Strategy skills
• Digital Marketing skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Experience with social media management tools
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Experience in the financial communication industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
