Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing key client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of integrated marketing solutions. This role is also pivotal in driving business growth and development by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and contributing to the company’s revenue objectives Client Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Strategic Communication & Account Planning: Develop and implement effective communication and marketing strategies tailored to client objectives. Analyze client needs, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Business Growth & Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients. Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, upselling, and cross-selling of services. Set and achieve ambitious sales targets aligned with company goals. Project Oversight: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, digital, and production teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns. Client Satisfaction: Monitor client feedback, address concerns proactively, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, project status, and account health. Qualifications MBA, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in account management within an media/ advertising agency environment. Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets Strong strategic planning project management, and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills Show more Show less
