Qualification: Graduation (Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing professional with 2–4 years of experience in marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and digital marketing trends, and be able to grow brand presence and engagement across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage social media calendars, posts, and campaigns
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (if required)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduation is mandatory
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing or social media marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics
• Good communication and content-writing skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and audience targeting
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Knowledge of paid ads and campaign optimization
• Basic understanding of SEO and performance marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
