Role Overview: Amazon Marketplace Specialist We are seeking an experienced Amazon Marketplace Specialist to take full ownership of our Amazon sales strategies. This role focuses on driving sales growth, increasing visibility, and maximizing ROI through advanced marketplace tools, optimized listings, and full-funnel sales strategies. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to boost product discoverability, sales, and profitability. • Optimize product listings with compelling titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords. • Manage and enhance Amazon A+ Content and Brand Stores to strengthen brand presence. • Design, launch, and refine Sponsored Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display Ads). • Use data-driven bidding strategies and automation tools to improve ROAS and reduce ACOS. • Continuously analyze and adjust campaign performance to maximize efficiency. • Integrate advertising campaigns with full-funnel sales strategies to drive conversions. • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and customer needs. • Perform competitor analyses to identify pricing trends and position products effectively. • Use tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa to track market trends and product performance. • Track and analyze key metrics like CTR, ROAS, ACOS, and conversion rates to inform strategy. • Build and manage custom dashboards using Amazon Advertising Console and Data Studio. • Identify growth opportunities through detailed marketplace analysis. • Collaborate with global stakeholders and internal teams to align strategies with brand goals. • Stay updated on changes in Amazon algorithms, tools, and features to maintain a competitive edge. • Experiment with new tools and formats to optimize performance. Skills & Qualifications • 3–5 years of proven experience managing Amazon Marketplace accounts with measurable success in driving sales and ROI. • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Advertising Console, and Brand Analytics. • Advanced knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and Data Studio. • Experience with automation tools such as Prestozon or PPC Scope is a bonus. • Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. • Expertise in tracking metrics like CTR, ROAS, ACOS, and overall sales velocity. • Excellent communication skills for engaging with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders. • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
